The tulle knots can be moved along the ribbon to fit waist sizes from newborn up to a 22" waist (or whatever size you specify). Choose from a variety of color combinations and embellishments along with removable flowers that can double as a hair clip. I expect custom orders but take a look at these cute little girls to give you an idea of what to expect.

All embellishments such as rosettes and sequins are hand sewn so they are not a chocking hazard.
